The view and inclination of philosophy tend to result from the conception human beings have about life.     It will not take long for a person who consults several of the introductory texts alluded to earlier to encounter a number of different bodies of work that have by one source or another been regarded as part of the domain of philosophy of education; the inclusion of some of these as part of the field is largely responsible for the diffuse topography described earlier. What follows is an informal and incomplete accounting.

    Learning to write often works best by example. The following are excerpts from nine first-year student essays. Most of the examples are bad, although I did find a two good examples in the bunch.     the value subject really depends on religion, race, schools and area in which the kid, teen, adult live in. The fact is that for the most part, values have dwindled. most parents have lost hold of their children in the more ghetto areas, of course. teens are running wild, having kds, doing drugs and drinking. Even with having religion, in those areas things are not even close to what they should be. a lot of religions have become more and more hypocritical and that can also be a great negative for children to see good values.In the much "better" areas, people have jobs and important things to do, so their kids are also running wild and the parents don t even know what is going on. Now with adults, it has become more and more common for them to sleep around(some married), cheat in school, gossip a lot, prey on each other s jobs at work, and do anything for money. values aren t what they used to be and you can blame it on past generations or the economy or times have changed but everyone knows that values come from within. people always have a choice to make and they make the wrong one knowing perfectly well of the consequences. I guess kids don t know any better until they get to the age when they learn how to lie and cheat and follow others examples, but if the parents don t have values, it s hard for a child to know right and wrong without ever having lived a life in the outside world.
