Google for publishers. Find similar books to yours and check their publishers. Publishers have websites and will usually have their manuscript requirements on them. Keep in mind that not as many publishers have open submissions. Many require your work to come through an agent. I suggest finding a literary agent instead and let them deal with the publishers.
