Most graduate school applicants will need two to three recommendation letters that can be submitted to the admissions committee as part of the application process. This is true if you are applying to business school, medical school, law school, of another gradate program.

Not every school requests a letter - some online schools as well as brick-and-mortar schools with lax admission requirements will not ask for a letter of recommendation.

Graduate school applications are standardized, meaning that they all contain the same basic parts: standardized test scores , admissions essays, transcripts , and, perhaps most overwhelming to students, recommendation letters.

Letters of recommendation - three words that often stress both students and faculty. Why are grad school recommendations so overwhelming? Because students often feel that they have no control over their content - and they often wonder who to ask.

Ive never needed a resume when Ive applied at a salon before. The questions they wana know are all on the application.where u went to hairschool, what year u graduated, where else u worked..start & end dates, why u left, some skills u have in doing hair. If they require one then just include all that in the resume u make. There r websites that make resumes for u and u just fill in the info.

I am a grad student at East Tennessee State University in the College of Education. I wrote my letter intent to say something like "I want to better my future.I want to feel rewarded at work.I feel like graduate school is a second chance for me to fulfill expectations I had of myself in undergrad.blah, blah, blah." Don t stress! Unless you are applying for an Ivy League school, you will be accepted as long as you do well in your GRE and you have a decent undergrad GPA.

Any college paper would be acceptable. They aren t looking for a paper on the subject of aviation. They want to see if you can write a decent paragraph and communication clearly through the written word. Writing skills are desperately lacking in most college students and graduates.
