03-27-17: I will be posting free MP3s of some of the older MEE exams. At the moment, examinees can download MP3s of the FEBRUARY 2008 MEE QUESTIONS & ANSWERS in the MEE Section of this page. Reviewing past MEEs will help you on the MEE exam because the topics repeat (and you will also improve your issue-spotting ability by learning how the issues are tested). For example, reviewing the FEBRUARY 2008 MEE answers would have helped you with about 15% of the JULY 2016 MEE questions.

03-08-17: Examinees who wish to subscribe early for the upcoming July 2017 UBE exam are now able to do so. Examinees can subscribe here. The current status of the subscription site is explained here. Please also note that until the prioritized JULY 2017 UBE MASTER outline is released (late-December for February exams and late-May for July exams), the subscription site is in effect a construction zone. Accordingly, while most of the information on the subscription site is up-to-date, there will be some outdated information/material that will be updated later.

02-22-17: Good luck to everyone who sat for the February 2017 exam. If you think that you may not have passed the exam, I have a UBE post-exam information form for F17 examinees (the Seperac UBE Score Estimator will give you a good idea of your odds of passing based on the demographic and grade information you enter). Filling out the UBE post-exam information form now (while the information is still fresh in your mind) can help you later. For example, using this information, I track the key details of your attempt, so if you later find that you failed the exam, I will try to match your responses and statistics to whoever previously submitted the most comparable details (and later passed) to give you their advice on what worked for them.

It depends. Requirements are clearly posted on the NY board of bar examiners website. If you are intending to pursue a career as an attorney, I recommend you brush up on your research skills.

It really doesn t matter. If you need a dictionary, you will spend too much time looking things up and not have time to ANSWER enough to actually pass the exam.
