aaaah highfive I m going to be a junior at a new school too! I have actually gone to 5 other schools before this one so switching school isn t new to me and maybe these tips will help (: - friends: focus on being your own best friend, confidence is key. and since you already know people that go there you won t be completely alone, so just get through the first couple of days being nice to everrrryone and keeping your confidence up & eventually you ll start finding your group. - teachers: try to make a good impression on your new teachers. maybe introduce yourself before class starts or something but overall make sure you ACE your first test / essay because first impressions last. - building: if you can visit the school before school starts to get a feel of where everything is. most schools are open before the holiday is over, and it will prevent you awkwardly looking for your locker / class on the first day. - overall: make sure you re feeling as confidence as possible. new clothes, a haircut, new makeup, idk whatever makes you feel better. and make a good first impression on your teachers. show that youre capable by answering teacher s questions once in a while, but not all the time because that comes across as cocky. be nice and honest and dont let the nerves get to ya (: good luckk x

You are right. Most high school essays should be double spaced and 12 font. And yes there is the inroduction with three main points, then your three body paragraphs of your three main points then your conclusion.
