I took the TOEFL test few months ago and I know it can be really stressful! First of all you need to calm down and start practicing. There are lots of things out there that can get you throw the TOEFL. I recommend you reading the Studying at Uppsala blog because the author got a great score and there she explains what she did. Also, I m giving you a website where you can improve your vocabulary, it really helped me with that part. I also took a TOEFL course in an English learning center. It was very helpful because the teacher corrected the essays and speaking part. You can also find some free tests in the TOEFL website but I insist on the getting help part. I mean, there are lots of sites and book that can help you improving the reading and listening sections but you ll need someone to help you with the new writing, speaking and integrated tasks.
