    I m not very sure but I think if u want it to be implicit then put in parenthesis, if not maybe you can do something like E.g. Almond, pronounced ah-mond, is blablabla

    1) Generally speaking, I think one 1 should be sufficient, but for the purpose of completing the job properly, I would include both just for satisfaction of finishing it properly 2) The order won t matter, I would put the bivliography first but that s just me, it s not set in stone as far as I know
