I would rewrite the opening introduction: "Global warming is happening right now, and is quickly becoming a worldwide crisis. What once was solely believed to be a direct result of the actions of men, may very well be a natural effect. The melting of the polar icecaps is undeniable. Many people would argue that this is strong evidence that global warming is being caused by human actions. However, what many people may not be aware of, is that the polar ice caps on the planet mars are melting as well. Though humans man not have been the main cause of global warming, our actions have greatly accelerated its effects."

Cause: mostly the sun. Global temperatures have been going up for the last 12,000 years (since the end of the last ice age). I don t think that Ogg was driving an SUV 12,000 years ago. Do you? The same alarmist crowd that are now pitching global warming were pitching the next ice age just 30 years ago. Human caused global warming is BOOOOOOOOGUS.

If the pictures of those towering wildfires in Colorado haven't convinced you, or the size of your AC bill this summer, here are some hard numbers about climate change: June broke or tied 3,215 high-temperature records across the United States. That followed the warmest May on record for the Northern Hemisphere – the 327th consecutive month in which the temperature of the entire globe exceeded the 20th-century average, the odds of which occurring by simple chance were 3.7 x 10-99, a number considerably larger than the number of stars in the universe.

Meteorologists reported that this spring was the warmest ever recorded for our nation – in fact, it crushed the old record by so much that it represented the largest temperature departure from average of any season on record. The same week, Saudi authorities reported that it had rained in Mecca despite a temperature of 109 degrees, the hottest downpour in the planet's history.

The economics of global warming concerns the economic aspects of global warming ; this can inform policies that governments might consider in response. A number of factors make this a difficult problem from both economic and political perspectives: it is a long-term, intergenerational problem; [1] benefits and costs are distributed unequally both within and across countries; and scientific and public opinions may diverge.

One of the most important greenhouse gases is carbon dioxide (CO 2 ). [2] Around 20% of carbon dioxide which is emitted due to human activities can remain in the atmosphere for many thousands of years. [3] The long time scales and uncertainty associated with global warming have led analysts to develop " scenarios " of future environmental , social and economic changes. [4] These scenarios can help governments understand the potential consequences of their decisions.

MYTH 2:  The "hockey stick" graph proves that the earth has experienced a steady, very gradual temperature decrease for 1000 years, then recently began a sudden increase.

FACT:  Significant changes in climate have continually occurred throughout geologic time. For instance, the Medieval Warm Period, from around 1000 to1200 AD (when the Vikings farmed on Greenland) was followed by a period known as the Little Ice Age. Since the end of the 17 th Century the "average global temperature" has been rising at the low steady rate mentioned above; although from 1940 – 1970 temperatures actually dropped, leading to a Global Cooling scare.

1.Automobiles stay ahead of everything in the emission of carbon, so as for as possible try to avoid using your automobile for short distances.

2.Instead of everybody using their own vehicle if some of you are working in the same area and living in the same area you can share one vehicle.

First off let me say congratulations on you outstanding victory. I supported and voted for you and am privileged to be a part of this historic moment. The stock market is up, Carrier and Ford are keeping their plants here, peace is breaking out across the globe and you’re not even sworn in yet. I think ISIS will be a thing of the past now that you’re in office as well. But I fear you biggest challenge still lies ahead of you and that is the threat of “Global Warming”.

Like you I am a global warming skeptic and am so glad to finally have someone as President who thinks the way I do but globally the people have been brainwashed into thinking that Global Warming is the biggest threat to humanity there has ever been. People need something to fear and if you remove all other fears Global Warming will rear its ugly head and be the biggest threat once again. I already see it happening, not in real life of course, I’m talking about in the Mainstream Media, they are really ramping up the Global Warming Propaganda big time.
