Unlike democracies, dictatorships have never really been a "traditional" or common style of government. Instead, dictatorships are used in such circumstances as when a country is conquered by another or when a new government revolts and overthrows the old one that supposedly was not doing its job. Dictatorships can be summed up by their basic value system, which is basically "efficiency.

Democracy (“rule by the people” when translated from its Greek meaning) is seen as one of the ultimate ideals that modern civilizations strive to create, or preserve. Democracy as a system of governance is supposed to allow extensive representation and inclusiveness of as many people and views as possible to feed into the functioning of a fair and just society. Democratic principles run in line with the ideals of universal freedoms such as the right to free speech.

Importantly, democracy supposedly serves to check unaccountable power and manipulation by the few at the expense of the many, because fundamentally democracy is seen as a form of governance by the people, for the people. This is often implemented through elected representatives, which therefore requires free, transparent, and fair elections, in order to achieve legitimacy.

The 1999 Russian apartment bombings were a series of attacks carried out on four apartment blocks in the Russian cities of Buynaksk , Moscow , and Volgodonsk in September 1999 that killed 293 people and injured more than 1000 and spread a wave of fear across the country. Together with the Dagestan War , the bombings led the country into the Second Chechen War.

The official Russian investigation of the bombings was completed in 2002. Its conclusion is that all the bombings were organised and led by Achemez Gochiyaev , who remains at large, and ordered by Islamist warlords Ibn Al-Khattab and Abu Omar al-Saif , who have meanwhile been killed. Five other suspects have been killed and six have been convicted by Russian courts on terrorism-related charges. [ citation needed ]

l have never even heard of such a thing in this present time period. I have heard the opposite though. Have you ever heard of dispinstionalism? It is widely believed (although I personally dont believe it) but what it says is that the Jews are like God s special people, and it makes the Jews as being, if any different from other races, better. Definetly not anti-semetic.
