The rhetorical question at the end is not a problem. You are summing up for the defense, and this is just your final question to the jury. Your own position is clear enough. Writing "this long feud" near the beginning is too colloquial for an essay. You shouldn t use demonstrative pronouns instead of indefinite articles in formal writing. You wrote "for killing Tybalt", "The Nurse knew" and "Juliet, not wanting to marry Paris" as if all readers could be expected to know the three new characters. Is Juliet expected to become a time traveler, turn into a lesbian and get married to Paris Hilton (in the unlikely event of the latter being willing)? So you assume too much prior knowledge. Apart from that (and some repetitions, that were already pointed out in somebody else s answer) your essay seems fine. I hope this helps.

Its a problem of how something non-physical, the human consciousness, can control something that physically exists, our body. I can t say much more.

Okay, I have to say that I was a little suspicious at first, but, WOW, you put in quite a punch at the end. I don t think you know how great the ending was, at least for an admissions counselor. Of course, I will write my response to your paper, but in the end seek out your English teacher, or at least a previous one, and have him/her read it. They might have suggestions are comments that are lost to me, since it s more likely that the counselor is not as knowledgeable about Pokemon like you teacher would be (with many exceptions, of course, but still). Your writing definitely fits what the essay asked you to do. You described something that is academic, or the academic part of it in the end. However, you started off with the evolution of it (ha!, a Pokemon pun, kind of.), and how it evolved to something tangent and understandable for anyone. I like how you were able to trace childhood fascination to intellectual critique and fascination. You would be in luck if your reader is knowledgeable on FF7, in which case that thought is mind-blowing, or at least catches your attention. However, it s the end that impresses me. You CLEARLY did your homework. I mean, integrating actual studies by Cornell s people. I thought I was cleaver when I said I would join the EMS team, and this club, and this club, because their schedules don t conflict and they are my interests and help me in the future and blah blah blah. You went much, much further. I, at least, am impressed. Also, you bring in that you are female. I imagine that the industry is lacking of your gender; thus, they would probably want to bring someone like you in. Mentioning that, and not abusing it, is always a plus. Throughout your essay, you use really great language, and it hardly drags. It has great imagery in many places, and the humor is also a nice touch. My biggest fear is that your intro might not help as the reader might be someone who looks at it and thinks "childish". At least, IMHO. However, your essay is very attention grabbing, even in the introduction, and it s really unique.
