    Our family LOVES salsa if we don’t eat it everyday, at least I think it’s safe to say we eat it every other day. We have been spoiled with the flavor of salsa made with a variety of home-grown tomatoes, peppers, and onions. So every August and September I make enough batches to see us through to the next season.

    This salsa is fairly easy, it just takes a bit of time prepping all the ingredients, though a food processor makes it quicker. It cooks for only 30 minutes which is just the right amount of time to get all the canning equipment in order and jars cleaned.

    Some years, I just did a big list. Sometimes, I listed my top three along with the others. I think it’s best to think about the year and do what feels right. So this year, in 2015, I’ll be highlighting my favorite new destination of the year and listing the rest.

    When thinking about my favorite new destinations from this year, you know what comes to mind? Little Corn Island. San Juan del Sur. Ometepe. And, to a lesser degree, Laguna de Apoyo and León.

    In my opinion, pizza evokes comparisons to Italian folk music. Think "That s Amore" by Dean Martin (not genuine Italian music, but you get the idea).

    I learned this in class today! So basically, there are two ways of going about this; you can write the first half about good pizza and the second half about bad OR you can do this with each sentence: #1: a topic sentence (i.e. There are many ways to tell good pizza from bad pizza, such as taste, texture, colour and presentation. - I dont know.just came off the top of my head) #2: talk about the taste of good pizza #3:talk about the taste of bad pizza #4: talk about the texture of good pizza #5: talk about the texture of bad pizza #6:talk about the colour of good pizza #7:talk about the colour of bad pizza #8: talk about the presentation of good pizza #9: talk about the presentation of bad pizza #10: closing argument about good vs bad pizza I reccomend changing the topics i used for a better paragraph.
