Cover with a clean tea towel and set aside in a warm, draft-free place for 1 hour to rise. 5.Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 180°C and bake for a further 15 minutes or until golden brown and the loaf sounds hollow when tapped on the base. Serve warm with butter.
