In software development and product management , a user story is an informal, natural language description of one or more features of a software system. User stories are often written from the perspective of an end user or user of a system. They are often recorded on index cards, on Post-it notes , or in project management software. Depending on the project, user stories may be written by various stakeholders including clients, users, managers or development team members.

User stories are written by or for users or customers to influence the functionality of the system being developed. In some teams, the product manager (or product owner in Scrum ), is primarily responsible for formulating user stories and organizing them into a product backlog. In other teams, anyone can write a user story. User stories can be developed through discussion with stakeholders, based on personas or simply made up.

[…] example, I saw one team swap out Planning Poker in favour of Silent Grouping, saving maybe 30 minutes * 10 team members = 5 hours for every fortnightly sprint planning […]

Example.com, example.net, example.org and example.edu are all the same example sites - the website itself doesn t have any functions besides giving a message that the site can be used as a sample website for anything that needs one (like an example WOT review) without need for permission. It s safe!

A backronym or bacronym is a specially constructed phrase that is supposed to be the source of a word that is, or is claimed to be, an acronym. Backronyms may be invented with serious or humorous intent, or may be a type of false or folk etymology.

The word is a combination of backward and acronym , and has been defined as a "reverse acronym". [1] Its earliest known citation in print is as "bacronym" in the November 1983 edition of the Washington Post monthly neologism contest. The newspaper quoted winning reader Meredith G. Williams of Potomac, Maryland , defining it as the "same as an acronym, except that the words were chosen to fit the letters". [1] [2]

The bird that was caught in the field after leaving the forest is put into a wooden cage made from the tree that its nest was in. That tree was home to its families nest for hundreds of years. People used to walk by the tree and listen if the bird was singing. Now they try to ignore sirens screaming as they walk past. The bird goes to live with an old man who feels lost in an urban jungle built around his silly little cottage house that was made to coexist in the forest that disappeared with his youth. The old man has an old memory of the family song for his bird who sings it just like its great grandparents. He is very shocked by these old memories being so old and forgotten.

Just a quick note from me to tell you all how awesome you are and that this crazy StoryCube journey would not be as much fun without all of you.

We started from humble beginnings and it just blows me away to see how far we have come with our simple concept. What is more rewarding for me and the entire team is the incredible fans and the uploaded videos, songs, raps, illustrations and solo performance epic saga’s that you guys produce.
