    Using Diversity in conjunction with Inclusion allows individuals and groups of people to be recognised as being unique whilst recognizing individual differences.

    Diversity allows for the exploration of these differences in a safe, positive, and nurturing environment. Understanding each other and surpassing simple tolerance allows us to not only embrace but also celebrate the rich dimensions of diversity contained within each individual and place positive value on diversity in the community and in the workforce.

    Is it necessary to note that the play is relevant to today s society? The topic did not seem to address that. I suggest eliminating it for now. It is more of a "conclusion" sentence, anyhow. The wording is awkward, as well, in the first sentence. The introduction certainly needs to be expanded. It is much too short. Your instinct to eliminate "touch emotions" is correct. The phrase is part of a humongous run on, by the way. A phrase like, "instigates sympathy" would be much better. Overall, use more creative wording and more than three sentences. A good intro has around 5 to 6. I suggest writing the body of the work before the intro, in order to produce a more cohesive result. You can make allusions to other parts of the essay, etc.

    I know of 2 meanings of inclusion that might apply. 1. Making sure handicapped people aren t blocked by access procedures (is there a way for blind people to vote? Can wheelchair-bound people get to the polls?) 2. Procedures that allow people to vote multiple preferences on a multi-part ballot. For example, google modified borda count (that s just one algorithm)

    It may be interesting to mention the barriers that prevent successful inclusion...lack of money...lack of training.and the biggest barrier is ATTITUDE. That s the hard one to change. Good luck.
