    Well if I were you I would look at the protagonist from the perspective of characterization. Characterization is basically how a character changes throughout a novel. There are many ways a character can change, but I d focus on the following: 1. Physical Appearance 2. His or her actions 3. His or her dialogue.what they say. 4. His or her thoughts 5. How the other characters react towards him or her Characters always change due to the initial conflict. I d initially begin with how the character is at first, describe the initial conflict, and using the five things above, focus on how he changes during the rising action and climax, and then see how he is during the conflict resolution.
