A Midsummer Night''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s Dream is a comedy written by William Shakespeare in 1595/96. [1] It portrays the events surrounding the marriage of Theseus , the Duke of Athens , to Hippolyta. These include the adventures of four young Athenian lovers and a group of six amateur actors (the mechanicals ) who are controlled and manipulated by the fairies who inhabit the forest in which most of the play is set. The play is one of Shakespeare''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s most popular works for the stage and is widely performed across the world.

The play consists of four interconnecting plots, connected by a celebration of the wedding of Duke Theseus of Athens and the Amazon queen, Hippolyta , which is set simultaneously in the woodland and in the realm of Fairyland , under the light of the moon. [2]

In the absence of credible evidence to the contrary, Shakespeare must be viewed as the author of the thirty-seven plays and 154 sonnets that bear his name. The legacy of this body of work is immense. A number of Shakespeare’s plays seem to have transcended even the category of brilliance, becoming so influential as to profoundly affect the course of Western literature and culture ever after.

An aspiring writer, or a poet? Since you want to be a writer, I do my utmost to help you, in ways to improve, not praises, have you been reading any poetry recently? The good ones all have what we call, stanzas or paragraphs, structure is the most basic of poetry and essays, they all have paragraphs to separate the different points in the story, that is the next step you must do. It also makes writing more presentable because it doesn t look like a scribble of thoughts or what I call a quick write. When you separated them, you will come to realise that they are more easier to improve now, because you see them as different parts, not one big chunk of text which you probably have no idea where to start correcting. I traded my dreams for a peaceful night of sleep No more nightmares of a scarred tomorrow No more vicious insults murmured under breaths I bet they didn t know Didn t know who started as a joke That had turned into a painful insult Pain of agony and misery From it came resentment Where led to darker thoughts Which I dare not spill onto pages I smother them into my brain Held them there..to be kept.. In secret I can t forget the words. They stuck me like lightening The electric bolts poisoned my heart Stained my skin as I fell.. Fell, deep below the blue Through the ocean I swam, Looking for answers Answers on how I could be someone different Someone loved someone without imperfections Through the ocean I swam One last thing, you tend to repeat words too often, like "resentment" and then "resentment" again on the next line, check out how I correct it for you, there are mistakes you may not see clearly till someone point it out for you and then you finally knew, I hope I am one of the someone, and good luck in becoming a writer, nothing is impossible till you give up. With that said, I hope you could to have just a few minutes of your time to read my poetry too. Good day. Ian
