They are very easy to make and fun to add your own spin on ingredients. I added coconut flakes, flax seed, chia seeds and goji phyw. Next time I think chocolate chips are a must.

I toasted the oats and pecans and leth a no-sugar PB. I have dried unsulphured apricots sitting in my pantry going nowhere fast. I might try a batch with those next. I found that if you leave them out they go all soft so I kept my bars in a container in the fridge for about a week and they were good the whole time.

Chia seeds, flax seed, chlorella and phys lett a were also added. I love finding recipes so simple like these and adding a little extra of my things laying around.
